Role Overview:
This position leads the development and execution of a group captive insurance program. It's not a traditional sales role-it's about structuring, underwriting, and strategizing. You'll work closely with leadership to drive adoption, secure capital through broker relationships, and scale the program effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Architecture: Design and launch a group captive program from scratch.
- Underwriting: Underwrite new business into the program (preferred); underwriting support is available.
- Broker Capital Strategy: Leverage broker relationships to secure capital and drive program adoption.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and operational scaling.

- Experience in captive insurance, underwriting, or risk management within an MGU or similar environment.
