Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), supporting strategic financial initiatives.
- Lead the preparation and management of financial budgets and forecasts for designated entities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the Group's quarterly valuation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise the quarterly financial close process, maintaining high standards of financial reporting.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process for assigned companies, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Handle all reporting obligations to financial regulatory bodies and investors, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Manage banking relationships and all related financial operations for the assigned entities.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies by conducting regular audits and internal reviews to uphold financial integrity.
- Support capital-raising efforts and investor relations activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
