The firm is growing at a rapid pace looking to expand its team adding a Corporate Development Analyst in McLean Virginia. The team provides a lean environment for the Corporate Development Analyst to gain extensive exposure on high impact opportunities.
Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for:
- Participating in end-to-end transaction execution including preparing pitchbook and investor presentations
- Develop high quality research reports and financial valuation models
- Build a deep understanding of the political economic questions in targeted investment geographies
- Support the investment team with forming investment ideas, transactions, and projects
Corporate Development Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking or investment manager in a direct investing role
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance
- Experience in technology, aerospace and defense, energy and natural resources
- Demonstrated success in supporting M&A and investment process
