A leading global hedge fund is hiring a Campus Recruiter to lead early careers hiring across APAC. The role will focus on building a strong pipeline from top universities in Singapore, Hong Kong and China, partnering closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders to attract high calibre talent into the business.
This is a high‑impact role with ownership over campus strategy, execution and long‑term pipeline development in the region.
What does the role involve?
* Own the APAC campus and early careers hiring strategy across internships and graduate programs
* Build and maintain direct relationships with top universities in Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China
* Act as the main point of contact for students, career services and academic stakeholders
* Partner closely with investment, research and business management teams to understand talent needs
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to offer
* Design and execute on‑campus and off‑campus engagement initiatives including presentations, events and networking sessions
* Track hiring outcomes and continuously refine sourcing and assessment approaches
What experience do you need?
* Proven experience in campus or early careers recruitment, ideally within financial services, buy‑side or a high‑performance environment
* Strong understanding of top‑tier universities and graduate talent markets in Singapore, Hong Kong and China
* Confident stakeholder manager able to engage credibly with senior and front‑office professionals
* Commercial mindset with a focus on quality hiring and long‑term talent pipeline building
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
