Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a specialized Inland Marine product, including strategy, underwriting, and portfolio performance.
- Build and lead a team of underwriters to support the growth and execution of the product.
- Develop and maintain broker and carrier relationships to drive business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and expand market reach.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Inland Marine underwriting.
- Wholesale experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead product strategy and drive profitable growth.
- Experience building and managing underwriting teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach.
