Job Purpose:
Support trust administration by managing and clearing File Notes, coordinating with Trust Relationship Managers, Administrators, and Client Accounting teams, and ensuring timely completion of workflows for reportable transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clear weekly File Notes reports, liaising with internal teams and clients.
- Track deadlines, escalate issues, and provide status updates to management.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in trust and fiduciary industry preferred.
