Our client as an international trust provider.

Job Purpose:
Support trust administration by managing and clearing File Notes, coordinating with Trust Relationship Managers, Administrators, and Client Accounting teams, and ensuring timely completion of workflows for reportable transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and clear weekly File Notes reports, liaising with internal teams and clients.
  • Track deadlines, escalate issues, and provide status updates to management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Previous experience in trust and fiduciary industry preferred.
