Talent Acquisiton - Remote based in Guangdong
We are assisting our client, a leading global immigration services company, in hiring a skilled HR Recruiter for their China operations.
Location: Guangdong Province, China (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Hiring Needs: Collaborate with India HR and business teams to define manpower requirements for China.
- Source Local Talent: Utilize local job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen & Shortlist Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on experience, skills, and language proficiency.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
- Maintain Recruitment Records: Track candidate data, interview outcomes, and hiring progress in the recruitment management system.
- Ensure Local Compliance: Liaise with local partners or legal consultants to meet Chinese labor and overseas employment regulations.
- Market Research & Reporting: Analyze hiring trends, monitor competitor practices, and prepare regular recruitment reports for the India HR team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment, preferably in China market.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
- Familiarity with Chinese labor laws and compliance
- Other: Ability to work independently in a remote setup; strong organizational and reporting skills.
Work Arrangement:
- Location: Remote (Candidate can be based anywhere in China)
- Office: No physical office; work from home
