Talent Acquisition Manager (Regional) - stationed in Singapore
We are partnering with a growing asset management platform to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive regional hiring across Asia.
This is a high-impact, strategic role, with a core mandate to lead front-office hiring while supporting the broader expansion of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Asia, with a primary focus on hiring Relationship Managers / Private Bankers
- Drive front-office hiring strategy, supporting business growth across wealth management and distribution teams
- Partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute Talent Acquisitions strategies, including talent mapping and competitor insights
- Act as a trusted advisor on market intelligence, compensation bench marking, and hiring trends
- Drive direct sourcing capabilities, reducing reliance on agencies
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, particularly for senior and revenue-generating hires
- Leverage data and reporting to track pipeline health, hiring efficiency, and conversion rates
- Contribute to broader TA strategy and workforce planning initiatives across the region
Requirements
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within financial services / wealth / private banking
- Proven track record hiring Relationship Managers / Private Bankers is essential
- Strong understanding of banker hiring dynamics, including client book portability and competitor mapping
- Experience hiring across front-office roles, with exposure to broader corporate / investment functions preferred
- Regional experience across Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Greater China preferred)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
