We are partnering with a global financial technology provider to hire a Sr. Sales Executive focused on investment management middle/back‑office solutions across North America. This is a high‑impact role combining hands‑on enterprise sales execution with broader commercial influence.
The ideal candidate has sold complex fintech solutions into asset managers and investment firms, particularly across fund accounting, middle/back office, data, or operational platforms.
What you'll do
- Own enterprise sales activity for back‑office investment management solutions across North America
- Drive new revenue against a defined quota across new and existing clients
- Build and convert pipeline through proactive outreach, relationship‑led selling, and industry engagement
- Lead complex sales cycles including demos, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
- Engage senior stakeholders as a trusted commercial partner
- Mentor a relationship manager
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in financial technology
- Strong background selling investment management back‑office or closely related solutions (e.g., fund accounting, middle/back office outsourcing)
- Proven success closing complex, consultative deals with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
