Sr Actuary
A leading global reinsurance organization is seeking a Senior Actuary to join its Corporate Actuarial team. This role will support the Life Solutions business, with a focus on long-term care hybrid products, experience analysis, and assumption setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead experience studies and analyze emerging trends to inform best estimate assumptions
- Develop, enhance, and maintain actuarial models; perform assumption updates and impact analyses
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to improve modeling and insights
- Partner with teams across valuation, modeling, and finance to support business objectives
- Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen reporting and data integrity
- Ensure strong model governance, documentation, and controls
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Qualifications
- ASA or FSA designation (or near completion)
- 5+ years of actuarial experience within life insurance or reinsurance
- Experience with long-term care, life, or hybrid products preferred
- Strong technical skills, including actuarial modeling and programming (e.g., R, SQL)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
