Separate Accounts Reporting Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end reporting process for separate accounts, ensuring alignment with client mandates and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of Greenbook-compliant reports, including performance, holdings, and transaction data.
- Collaborate with portfolio management, client service, and compliance teams to ensure reporting integrity and consistency.
- Drive automation and process improvements across reporting workflows.
- Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for audit and regulatory inquiries related to separate account reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Greenbook reporting standards and their application in institutional asset management.
- Expertise in investment performance measurement, data governance, and reporting systems (e.g., Eagle, Bloomberg, FactSet).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
