We're working with a fast-growing, globally minded asset management firm that's making big moves across the Asia-Pacific region. They've got a strong foundation in research and market expertise, and they're serious about building out a world-class team to support their next phase of growth.
Right now, they're looking for an experienced recruiter to join their internal talent team. This person will take the lead on hiring for investment and trading roles across APAC. It's a great opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and help shape the firm's regional talent strategy.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Owning the recruitment process for investment and trading roles across the region
- Building and executing smart hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Tapping into your network and proactively sourcing candidates through outreach, referrals, and market mapping
- Partnering with external agencies to keep the pipeline strong and steady
- Managing the full recruitment cycle-from first contact to offer-while keeping the candidate experience smooth and professional
- Sharing market insights and hiring trends with the business to help guide decisions
What Experience do you need?
- At least 5+ years of experience hiring in investment management, trading, or financial services-either in-house or at a top search firm
- A solid network of talent across APAC and a knack for building long-term relationships
- Experience working with external recruitment partners
- Comfortable using modern sourcing tools (especially LinkedIn)
- Someone who's analytical and uses data to inform hiring decisions
- Strong communicator-clear, concise, and confident in English
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple roles at once
