Senior Relationship Manager - GLCs/LLCs
Experience / Principal Accountabilities
- 12-18 years of relevant banking experience, with strong exposure to bilateral and syndicated lending, and working knowledge of trade finance, LBOs, structured finance, and/or project finance. Sector experience in Real Estate, Food & Agri, and Transport is preferred.
- Well‑versed in KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements and processes.
- Demonstrated track record in originating and developing bilateral client relationships, with a strong focus on meeting client needs.
- Enhance long‑term relationship returns through effective cross‑selling of the Bank's regional platform and product capabilities.
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, with responsibility for origination, portfolio profitability, and credit quality.
- Own the end‑to‑end credit process, including deal origination, credit evaluation, structuring of facilities, documentation, facility activation, and ongoing post‑lending monitoring.
