Senior Quantitative Developer
We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Developer to build and scale the systems that power quantitative research and trading. This role sits at the intersection of research, engineering, and trading, with direct impact on how ideas are developed, tested, and deployed.
What You'll Do- Build and optimize tools and infrastructure for large-scale quantitative research
- Develop high-performance components for compute-intensive and latency-sensitive workloads
- Design and own core services within the research and trading ecosystem
- Partner with researchers and traders to translate ideas into production systems
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve system performance and scalability
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong Python skills and solid C++ experience
- Background in building scalable backend systems or performance-critical platforms
- Good understanding of statistics and quantitative reasoning
- Proven ability to deliver clean, reliable, production-grade code
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of complex technical challenge
- Experience in quantitative finance, trading systems, or research platforms
- Familiarity with low-latency systems, distributed systems, or high-performance computing
- Exposure to machine learning or data-intensive pipelines
