Job Title: Senior Actuarial Associate - Pricing (Commercial Lines)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Experience Level: ACAS Designation Required
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and driven Senior Actuarial Associate to join our Pricing Actuarial Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial lines products and contribute to strategic pricing initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold an ACAS designation and bring strong analytical expertise and business acumen to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing analyses across various commercial lines of business.
- Develop and refine actuarial models to support rate-making and profitability assessments.
- Partner with underwriting, product, and data teams to drive pricing strategy and innovation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- ACAS designation required.
- Proven experience in commercial lines pricing.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and actuarial software; programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $160,000
