The Opportunity

You'll have the autonomy to create and implement SOPs, optimize vendor relationships, and drive measurable improvements in billing, collections, and reporting. The organization is seeking a proactive leader who can bring clarity, rigor, and strategic insight to a function that's foundational to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full revenue cycle process, with billing and coding managed by separate external vendors.
- Provide hands-on oversight of a related-party billing/AR vendor, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Build and implement SOPs from scratch to streamline workflows and reduce manual double-checking.
- Analyze and act on denial trends, AR aging, clean claims rate, and collections performance.
- Pull, validate, and interpret reports to inform leadership and guide operational decisions.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment across time zones and systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-4 years in a Revenue Cycle Management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Industry Background: Must have healthcare experience, ideally in a provider or consulting setting.
- Vendor Management: Strong preference for candidates with offshore vendor experience.
- Skills & Traits:
- Highly detail-oriented and hands-on.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on high-level data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proactive and process-driven, with a passion for building systems that scale.
