Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Restructuring Administration Professional to support its professionals in managing the administrative and operational aspects of restructuring engagements. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of financial processes, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for restructuring and turnaround engagements, including document preparation, data management, and client communications.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of court documents, schedules, and reports related to bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
- Maintain and organize case files, engagement records, and compliance documentation.
- Support the development of presentations, proposals, and engagement deliverables.
- Track deadlines, milestones, and key dates across multiple engagements.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in restructuring, bankruptcy administration, financial services, or legal support.
- Familiarity with Chapter 11 and other insolvency processes is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with restructuring case management software or legal filing systems.
- Knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Prior experience in a boutique or entrepreneurial firm setting.
Expected Compensation:
Base Salary: $120k - $150k
