What You'll Bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quant Trader at a Tier 1 trading firm or prop shop
Proven track record running high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies, either market-making or proprietary
Strong Python programming skills
Interest in DeFi is essential; any personal or professional exposure is highly valued
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment
