Property General Claims Adjuster
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the expert our members rely on during some of their most challenging moments. You'll handle complex, high‑severity personal, farm, and commercial property claims, applying your technical skill and sound judgment to deliver fair, timely outcomes.
You will:
- Lead thorough investigations and guide claims to resolution with accuracy and empathy.
- Partner with defense counsel and internal teams to manage litigation effectively.
- Conduct on‑site inspections and prepare detailed, reliable repair estimates.
- Serve as a mentor and trusted technical resource for fellow adjusters.
- Maintain a balanced workload while delivering exceptional service on every claim.
What You Bring
You're a seasoned property professional with:
- 7-10+ years of property field claims experience, including litigation.
- Strong construction knowledge and familiarity with property repair practices.
- Experience across both personal and commercial lines; farmowners' expertise is a plus.
- Proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; professional designations preferred.
Location & Schedule
This role is fully remote, but you must reside in WA, OR, ID, or UT, and work during core PST business hours. Preference will be given to candidates located near major airports in:
- Seattle
- Spokane
- Boise
- Portland
- Salt Lake City
