A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with operations leadership and drive financial performance across a large production facility. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to plant leadership and strong opportunities for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
- Analyze labor, material, and manufacturing cost variances
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability
- Partner with plant leadership on operational and financial decisions
- Maintain strong controls and support GAAP compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant controllership experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Experience partnering with operations leaders in a plant environment
Preferred Experience:
- Plant Controller, Plant Finance Manager, or Cost Accounting background
- Standard costing and inventory accounting experience
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, OneStream, or similar)
- Manufacturing experience within industrial, consumer products, building products, packaging, or related industries
