A multi-billion dollar global investment firm is seeking a private bank distribution specialist to join its client engagement team, focusing on strategic partnerships within the wealth management and private banking sectors.. The firm has a wide of product offerings and has established strong relations with private banks over the years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key distributor relationships, particularly within the private banking segment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic positioning of investment solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders including investment, product, and marketing teams to support regional and global sales strategies.
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to client inquiries, including product information, operational support, and service requests.
- Oversee due diligence processes for distribution partners, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in wholesale distribution, with solid experience in managing relationships with global private banks in Hong Kong.
- Strong understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, long-only funds, alternative funds and etc.
- Self-driven with a client-centric mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in developing relationships and handling senior stakeholders of a private bank
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
