Payments Audit Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the full life-cycle of audits, including risk assessment, scope development, planning, fieldwork execution, issue evaluation, and reporting.
- Supervise audit teams, providing coaching, feedback, and quality checks to ensure testing meets internal standards and regulatory expectations.
- Execute complex audits over transaction banking processes, high-volume payment operations, virtual accounts, and embedded financial services.
- Identify operational, regulatory, technology, and financial risks across payment ecosystems.
- Present audit findings and insights to senior leadership.
- Build strong working relationships with business partners and maintain ongoing communication as part of continuous monitoring.
- Monitor emerging risks, regulatory updates and industry developments affecting payments and transaction banking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of payment rails is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, accounting business, information systems or related fields.
- Certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CAMS, APRP or FRM are a plus. At least one is required.
