Join a fast-growing, top-tier accounting and advisory firm with a global presence and diverse team. This role offers the opportunity to support clients across industries, including private equity and corporate organizations, in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical financial statements and identify trends, risks, and key profitability drivers
- Evaluate accounting practices and highlight potential concerns
- Assess working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditure impacts
- Review customer/vendor dynamics and transaction risks
- Support client meetings and collaborate with internal teams
- Prepare clear, tailored transaction advisory reports
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Travel up to ~15% as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively with executives and diverse teams
- CPA preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience)
