Office Manager
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Office Manager to take full ownership of daily operations at a fast-paced trading firm. This is a hands-on role for someone with 5-6+ years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to make the office their own. With a full office relocation planned in the next 6-12 months, experience managing or supporting an office move is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, supplies, and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external service providers.
- Support HR and finance teams with onboarding logistics, expense tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Plan and execute company events, team offsites, and internal communications.
- Lead and coordinate office moves or expansions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized office environment that reflects the firm's culture and values.
Key Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in office management, preferably in a financial services or tech-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing or supporting an office move or expansion is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with workplace tools like Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
