Manager of Program Sales

We are seeking out an experienced Manager of Program Sales that will be responsible for driving overall sales performance, ensuring the profitable achievement of sales goals, and aligning sales strategies with the company's broader business objectives. They will oversee a team of 10-15 Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling existing products and services.
- Communicate product features and technical details effectively to both general and specialized industry audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM and other relevant software.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational targets.
- Mentor and support the professional development of sales team members through training and one-on-one coaching.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with division managers to support both sales and operational initiatives.
- Partner with the marketing team to influence and support campaign strategies.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- Prepare and submit regular departmental reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably with technical knowledge in the Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or real estate sectors.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Active P&C license required.
- Relevant industry and sales certifications are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve company objectives.
- Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the company's mission, vision, and values.
