Job Title: Investor Relations Associate
Location: Dallas, TX
A dynamic and growing private real estate investment firm headquartered in Dallas, TX is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to their team. They are ideally looking for someone with 2 - 4 years of experience in an Investor Relations seat and someone who has knowledge or experience in Real Estate. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm's capital raising efforts, maintaining investor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with their investor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective investors.
- Prepare and distribute investor communications, including quarterly reports, capital call notices, and investment updates.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documents.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with investor information and interactions.
- Coordinate investor onboarding, including subscription documents and compliance checks.
- Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, webinars, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal, Finance) to gather data and insights for investor reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, real estate, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of real estate investment structures and terminology is preferred.
