A leading private investment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area is looking to bring on an Operations Associate to support the Investor Relations team.This firm specializes in providing support to founder-led, middle-market companies across North America. The main investment focus is particularly on those who operate in technology-enabled distribution, such as manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all investor inquiries and requests
- Process subscription docs and support ad-hoc projects
- Maintaining the CRM and ensuring all investor information is accurate and up to date
- Collaborating closely with our human resources, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, and legal teams
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in financial services
- Previous experience in operations, client services, or related roles within the financial services or legal/compliance
- Preferably with experience in private credit, venture funds, family offices, or alternative investments.
