Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + Annual Bonus
Client Summary:
Our client is a healthcare-focused private equity firm seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support fundraising, investor communications, reporting, and relationship management efforts. The role offers broad exposure across investor servicing and cross-functional projects.
The Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting fundraising efforts through investor research, pipeline tracking, and diligence coordination
- Coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-up communications
- Assisting with quarterly and annual investor reporting materials
- Responding to investor requests and preparing diligence materials Maintaining investor data and fundraising activity within CRM systems
- Supporting investor events, including AGMs and other LP meetings
The Investor Relations Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, asset management, consulting, or accounting
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams
