Investor Relations Analyst

Selby Jennings has been engaged by a leading real estate investment management firm to identify an Investor Relations Analyst to join its growing team in Texas.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure across fundraising, investor communications, capital formation, and investor reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both existing investor relationships and future fundraising initiatives while gaining broad exposure to a sophisticated real estate investment platform.

Responsibilities

* Assist with the preparation and distribution of quarterly investor reports, fund performance updates, capital account statements, and other investor communications

* Support fundraising initiatives through the creation of marketing materials, due diligence questionnaires, pitch books, and investor presentations

* Coordinate investor requests and maintain responsiveness to existing and prospective limited partners

* Manage and maintain investor databases, CRM systems, fundraising pipelines, and contact records

* Work closely with acquisitions, asset management, finance, and executive leadership teams to gather and analyze portfolio information

* Assist with preparing materials for annual meetings, investor conferences, webinars, and fundraising events

* Support due diligence processes for prospective investors, consultants, and institutional partners

* Analyze fund and portfolio performance metrics to support investor reporting and communication efforts

* Monitor industry trends, fundraising activity, and market developments within the real estate investment landscape

* Participate in special projects related to capital raising strategy, investor engagement, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field

* 1-3 years of experience within investor relations, capital raising, investment management, real estate private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related financial services environments

* Strong financial and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

* Demonstrated interest in real estate investing and capital markets

* Experience with investor reporting platforms, CRM systems, or fundraising databases is preferred
