Our client is seeking highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate I to join their dynamic team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidates will specialize in the software or HCIT sector and possess a strong background in investment banking, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for software companies.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
- Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the software sector.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the software or healthcare technology industry.
