About the Opportunity
Our client, a high-performing boutique investment bank, is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their growing team. This firm is known for its deep expertise in advising high-growth software and technology companies on strategic M&A and capital raising transactions.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and founders in a highly entrepreneurial environment, with direct exposure to C-level clients and deal execution from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the execution of sell-side M&A transactions in the software sector
- Build and manage complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
- Conduct industry and company-specific research to support business development and deal execution
- Mentor and manage analysts and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of investment banking experience, with a proven track record of closing software sell-side transactions
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus

This role can be based in either Orlando, FL or New York City, NY.
