ICT Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage endpoints, networks, and applications, ensuring security and performance.
- Oversee supplier relationships, licenses, and certificates.
- Administer user rights and access controls.
- Provide first- and second-line user support and training.
- Conduct penetration tests, backup and restore checks, and business continuity planning.
- Handle ICT incidents and crisis response.
- Lead ICT projects and change initiatives.
- Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures.
- Perform ICT risk assessments and reporting within ERM/DORA frameworks.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365, Azure, project management, information security, data management.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of endpoint, network, and security management.
- Proven troubleshooting and end-user support experience.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-focused yet strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-evolving organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and customer-focused.
