HFT Engineer
This role focuses on building and maintaining high‑performance automated trading systems used in live financial markets. The work involves developing software that processes market data, runs trading logic, and executes orders with very low latency.
What you will do:
- Work closely with research teams to turn trading ideas into production systems
- Own systems end to end, including research, simulation, deployment, and ongoing operation
- Make frequent code changes that run directly in production
What you will bring:
- Strong C++ experience with solid computer science fundamentals
- Experience with low‑latency or performance‑critical systems (market data, order routing, execution, or simulation) preferred
- Lead or own larger technical projects
- Contribute to engineering standards and technical direction
The role is on‑site in Austin, TX.
