They are seeking a Healthcare Equity Analyst to join them in their Shanghai office. The firm is known for its deep fundamental research approach and long-term investment philosophy, with a specialized focus on the Healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive fundamental research on China A-shares and H-shares within the Healthcare sector, including retail pharmacies, CXOs, healthcare services, and related verticals.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and investment theses.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to inform investment decisions.
- Work independently to generate actionable investment ideas and present them to the investment team.
- Make judgment calls on market movements and company-specific catalysts with a strong understanding of China's healthcare landscape.
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of buyside experience, ideally with a focus on Greater China public equities.
- Proven track record covering Healthcare stocks in China, with strong sector knowledge and network.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive research initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a deep understanding of company fundamentals.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiarity with local market dynamics is essential.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Shanghai.
