Who We Are

Our client is a leading enterprise IT solutions provider with a strong presence in Singapore and across the APAC region.

The team focuses on:

  • Designing and architecting complex IT infrastructure solutions
  • Supporting strategic enterprise engagements and RFPs
  • Delivering premium consulting and presales services across industries

We're looking for a hands-on technical leader to join them as Head of Presales, driving solution excellence and leading a high-performing team of consultants.

This is a strategic leadership role that blends 80% hands-on technical presales with 20% team management. The successful candidate will lead complex solution design efforts while mentoring a team and aligning presales strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in high-value customer engagements and enterprise-level opportunities
  • Architect multi-vendor IT infrastructure solutions (Dell, NetApp, VMware, Cisco, etc.)
  • Own and respond to major RFPs and tenders
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and POC demonstrations
  • Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants
  • Define presales strategies, KPIs, and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales, services, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment

Requirements

Experience & Leadership

  • Minimum 8 years of presales experience in a systems integrator environment
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven track record in leading strategic technical engagements

Technical Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Servers, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Network, and Security solutions
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Dell, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, VMware, Nvidia, Commvault, Cohesity, etc.
  • Strong solution architecture and RFP experience

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented
