Key Responsibilities
- Shape and drive overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
- Lead product direction to optimise customer experience and market fit.
- Build BI capabilities to support analytics, forecasting, and performance insights.
- Oversee growth operations, process optimisation, and experimentation.
- Drive GTM planning for product launches and market expansion.
- Elevate customer success performance to improve adoption, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning and scaling initiatives.
- 8+ years in e‑commerce, fintech, or digital business environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional growth, product, or operations teams.
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of data‑driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience scaling teams, systems, and processes in high‑growth settings.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-level direction and operational detail.
