Head of Corporate Sales - BeLux & Nordics
Our client, a leading European financial institution, is expanding its corporate sales platform as part of a wider regional growth and reorganisation. Following a successful build-out in France, the next phase of this expansion is focused on Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Nordics.
We are seeking an experienced senior corporate sales professional to play a pivotal role in this strategy, either at Head of Corporate Sales level or as a Senior Corporate Sales leader with clear progression potential.
The Role
This is a senior front-office role focused exclusively on large corporate clients (non-institutional), delivering bespoke risk management and corporate solutions across multiple asset classes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coverage of large multinational and domestic corporate clients across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Nordics
- Origination and execution of hedging, risk management, and corporate solutions
- Senior client relationship management at CFO, Treasurer, and senior finance level
- Leadership and development of a sales team (for Head of role; strong leadership experience preferred)
- Close collaboration with trading, structuring, and product teams across regions
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate sales or corporate solutions
- Strong background in FX and Rates corporate solutions, risk management, or strategic equities
- Proven experience covering large corporate clients
- Leadership and people management experience preferred
- Fluency in English plus French or Dutch (both strongly preferred)
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Based in Belgium or open to relocating to Brussels
