FX Options Sub-PM
We are currently representing and exciting and top performing multi-strategy hedge fund who are looking to add an experienced FX Options Trader or Sub-Portfolio Manager to join their North Asia team, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating alpha through active trading and risk management, with a focus on CNH (Chinese Yuan Offshore) options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade FX options with a primary focus on North Asian markets, especially CNH options.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to generate consistent returns within defined risk parameters.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of macroeconomic and geopolitical factors impacting FX markets.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Stakeholders to share insights and optimise portfolio performance.
- Maintain rigorous risk management and compliance standards.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of trading experience in FX options, either on the sellside or buyside.
- Proven expertise in CNH options trading.
- Prior experience trading North Asian FX markets.
- Track record of generating alpha in a similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
