Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and build relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and international intermediaries (e.g., migration agents, wealth advisors).

  • Market EB-5 projects and explain the investment and immigration process clearly and compliantly.

  • Coordinate and participate in investor roadshows, webinars, and private investor events across key target regions.

  • Guide prospective investors through the due diligence and documentation required for EB-5 submissions.

  • Liaise with internal teams including legal, project development, and investor relations to ensure seamless onboarding and post-investment support.

  • Track and manage investor pipelines using CRM systems and prepare fundraising reports.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the EB-5 regulatory landscape and keep abreast of USCIS policy updates and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in private capital raising, wealth advisory, or investment migration.

  • Demonstrated success in fundraising from HNW/UHNW individuals, ideally for EB-5 or other alternative investments.

  • Strong network of regional migration agents, wealth managers, or family offices.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred (especially for China-based candidates).

  • Knowledge of U.S. EB-5 program, USCIS requirements, and investor qualification standards.
