Position Overview
The Fund Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the firm's private equity funds and related entities. This role will work closely with internal teams, fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers to ensure accurate processing of fund activity, investor transactions, and reporting. The position provides broad exposure to fund operations, treasury, and investment support functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational activities of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles, and related entities.
- Assist with capital calls, distributions, subscription documents, and investor onboarding processes.
- Reconcile cash activity, investment transactions, and fund records.
- Coordinate with fund administrators, banks, auditors, and other third-party service providers.
- Assist with investor reporting, fund performance reporting, and operational requests.
- Support expense allocations, management fee calculations, and other fund-level operational activities.
- Monitor and improve operational controls, procedures, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, private equity, investment management, or financial services.
- Familiarity with private equity fund structures and investment operations.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
