Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Financial & Business Analytics Analyst to help transform complex business data into actionable insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders. This role combines FP&A, business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement responsibilities in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using internal data and BI tools.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to improve decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and ad hoc projects.
- Prepare reporting packages and presentations for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL and Python skills required.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
