Role Overview
As an Associate in the FAS team, you will play a critical role in executing strategic transactions and delivering high-impact advisory services. You'll work closely with senior bankers and clients to develop tailored solutions across M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and other special situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A advisory, debt and equity placements, corporate restructuring, valuation and fairness opinions, and other financial advisory engagements.
- Build and manage detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations.
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials including pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations.
- Partner with Managing Directors and senior bankers to support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in analytical work.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments, particularly within the Consumer sector.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of full-time accounting or financial advisory experience in professional services.
- Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and transaction structuring.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellence.
