Enterprise Risk Manager (m/w/d)
Selby Jennings is currently working with a global consultancy firm based out of Frankfurt for a search on an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in risk management and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating enterprise-wide risks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise risk management frameworks and processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with business units to identify, evaluate, and manage key risks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with risk-related standards.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management at a managerial level.
- Proficient in German (C1) and ideally also English.
- Ideally, have prior experience working in a consultancy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
