A boutique ETF-focused asset manager with just under $3 billion in AUM is looking for a mid-to-senior level distribution professional to join their growing team and help expand their presence across institutional investors and the RIA channel in the US. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization focused on delivering innovative investment solutions across a range of strategies. The firm values entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, and client-centricity, and is open to remote candidates. The firm is also open to associates, senior associates, AVPs, or VPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including consultants, OCIOs, and RIAs.
  • Support senior partners in executing strategic distribution initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospects, manage CRM data, and assist in preparing client materials.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to tailor messaging and content for target audiences.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-12 years of post-graduate experience in asset management distribution or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of investment products; mutual fund experience preferred, alternatives experience a plus.
  • ETF experience is not required.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships across channels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA designation a plus.
