Role Overview
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on their fundraising strategy and long-term growth. The role centers on marketing our investment offerings to new and existing investors, building enduring relationships, and expanding the firm's network. They're looking for someone with exceptional EQ, a process-driven mindset, and a passion for investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan targeting family offices, endowments, and foundations.
- Source and cultivate new investor relationships with a strategic, long-term focus.
- Gather and document market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.
- Create and refine marketing campaigns and investor-facing materials.
- Partner with internal teams (Research, Finance, Operations) to deliver best-in-class client service.
- Organize and manage investor meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience raising capital for hedge funds or private investments.
- Proven success engaging institutional investors (family offices, endowments, foundations, pensions, consultants).
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft compelling investor narratives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing complex processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $200,000-$275,000, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
