Data Analyst
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our client's engineering team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves analyzing large datasets, providing actionable insights, and supporting business decisions through advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in big data analytics and demonstrate high proficiency in data technologies and visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive indicator system and monitoring framework based on business goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues to provide data support for operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product directions.
- Extract data product requirements and collaborate with development and product teams to implement data solutions.
- Organize training sessions to share concepts, skills, methods, and tools related to data technology.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence and recommendations.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in digital currency, internet, or e-commerce.
- Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL and data visualization tools like Excel, PPT, Tableau.
- Strong logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify data trends and issues.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional and cross-team project execution.
- Ability to independently write business data analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.
