Role Overview
As a key member of the Software Engineering team, you will:
- Design and develop applications and components for various parts of our trading systems.
- Write robust and performant code in C++.
- Use Python for scripting and integration tasks.
- Continuously enhance systems to meet evolving trading needs.
- Ensure smooth operation and reliability of trading platforms.
Support & Ownership
Engineers take ownership of the systems they build, including second-line support and troubleshooting post-deployment issues. During upgrades and deployments, you will also provide first-line support to ensure seamless transitions. We foster a culture of collective responsibility, where every team member contributes to system stability and performance.
Projects You May Work On
- Real-time market data processing for trading insights.
- Optimizing order routing to minimize latency.
- Building frameworks and tools for algorithmic trading strategies.
- Developing risk management tools for trading operations.

What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of deep expertise in C++.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in low-latency or high-throughput environments.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
