Low-Latency Software Developer (Rust)
What You'll Do
- Build and optimise low-latency Rust services powering blockchain connectivity, transaction workflows, and real-time execution/infrastructure components
- Identify performance bottlenecks and reduce tail latency through profiling, tracing, and targeted refactoring
- Build high-performance market-data and order-execution pipelines
- Work with synchronization primitives, lock-free, low-contention, async
- Collaborate with engineering team under time and latency constraints
What They're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably at an HFT or low-latency environment
- Strong fundamentals of C++ and keen to learn Rust, or prior Rust experience
- Experience owning systems in production and comfortable with high-ownership environments
- Ability to clearly articulate performance trade-offs and strategically think about solutions
