C++ Developer - Market Connectivity / FIX
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimise low‑latency C++ components for market connectivity.
- Implement and maintain FIX protocol sessions and exchange-specific connectivity adapters.
- Work closely with traders, quants, and infrastructure engineers to deliver robust, high‑performance trading solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune systems for resiliency, throughput, and latency.
- Contribute to architecture and continuous platform improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on C++ development experience (C++14/17/20).
- Strong background in FIX protocol and exchange/market connectivity.
- Deep understanding of networking, messaging systems, and low‑latency optimisation.
- Experience in electronic trading, market‑making, or execution systems is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑ownership environment.
